Massive Earth Foundation (MEF) is looking to hire Engineering / Science / BBA / Economics graduates from top colleges with 1-2 years’ experience in community building and program management with a passion for working in climate tech ecosystem!
Founded in 2016, Massive Earth Foundation (www.massivefoundation.org) is a Section 8 nonprofit that does deep-dive research in the areas of Air Pollution, Plastic Pollution, Liveable Cities, and runs a Climate Accelerator Program and open innovation challenges for corporations / multilateral organizations.
 
MEF organizes LowCarbon.Earth – Asia’s largest Climate Tech Accelerator in partnership with United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). It has also worked with organizations like GIZ, The World Bank (IFC), Amazon, Petronas, Amplus Solar, WasteAid, etc.
 
MEF wishes to hire a Program & Community Manager to join its Gurgaon Office.
The Role
The role involves managing MEF’s community initiatives, organizing knowledge-sharing programs, and driving engagement across the climate tech ecosystem. You will be part of the Core Team and will develop and execute community growth strategies.
You will design and manage programs to support climate tech founders, facilitate investor connections, and create value for community members through various initiatives.
You will also manage MEF’s digital presence and drive community engagement through social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
To join our team, you should be:
  • Graduate from Tier-1 college (Engineering / Science / BBA / Economics) with 1-2 (max) years of similar experience.
  • Dynamic, engaging, with strong program management capabilities.
  • Comfortable writing cold mails to investors / startup founders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and driving community initiatives.
  • Passionate about climate change, sustainability, and ecosystem building. 
 
P.S. While experience in climate tech is not necessary, prior exposure to startup ecosystem and community management will be an added advantage. Experience in managing startup communities or accelerator programs will have an edge.

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Killer content creation and social media management abilities.
  • Experience in organizing virtual and physical community events.
  • Ability to create and execute engagement strategies.
